DRIvE’s Kick-off Meeting was held in Saclay, France the days 11th and 12th December, 2017. The event was organized by CEA in their quality of Project Coordinator. It was a great opportunity to introduce each partner and their capabilities, as well as explaining their contributions to DRIvE.
The Project Coordinator gave a short introduction of DRIvE, describing the main objectives, the methodology that will be followed during the project implementation, the main results and impacts that are expected to be accomplished, emphasizing the commitments established in the agreement. Then each Work Package Leader discussed the work to be done and the coordination for future actions.
The partners also got to know the Project Officer, Francesco Liberati from INEA. He gave the Consortium useful guidance in order to avoid common mistakes and have a good and smooth development of the project.
Next actions include the Month 6 Project Meeting, which will be held in the framework of the Conference Sustainable Places 2018 (Aix-les-Bains, France, from 26th to 29th June, 2018), along with DRIvE’s first communication event: a workshop called Putting Residential Flexibility Management into Action with Pilot sites in Europe: From Mas2tering to Drive projects. This workshop has been granted the CNDP label “Débat Public PPE”.
